FEES PAYMENTS PROCCESS

When registering on SportsTG you will be asked to choose either Full Payment or Direct Debit Agreement. Payments requests for either full payment or direct debit will be distributed by the club and must be completed in the week prior to Round 1.

Regardless of which option is selected a deposit of $100 down payment will be required through SportsTG in order to complete the registration process. Players cannot play in any practice or regular season matches without being registered with SportsTG.

Direct Debit plans incur a 90c transaction fee (totalling $4.50 across 5 weeks) and dishonour fees are applied by the service provider to the member.

REFUNDS POLICY

  1. All players who play a game prior to round 5 must pay full registration fees (or commit to a payment plan)

  2. No refunds for any player who plays 11 or more games for the regular season

  3. Any player who plays less than 11 games for the season is entitled to a refund for each game less than 11 ($35/game Senior Men, $30/game Women & Div 4 Men, $20/game Colts).

  4. Any player who is “filling in” must pay the per game fee and isn’t entitled to any kit (training singlet, polo - although can purchase separately).

  5. Fill in players (or single game payment players) only eligible after round 5.
